This hotel is a great value for money, offering spacious bungalows that can accommodate up to six beds. The Japanese-style bedding, although not traditional futons, still adds a nice touch. The resort grounds are massive, perfect for kids to run around and enjoy the fresh air. Additionally, the inclusive dinner and plentiful breakfast provide satisfying meals for all guests.
The check-in process could be more convenient.

During my Christmas vacation, I stayed at a resort near an active volcano. I loved the amazing outdoor hot springs and the big variety of meal buffets available on site. The resort was also conveniently located near the main area, making it easy to move around.
The resort felt deserted and spooky due to the absence of guests. The price was quite expensive for what the place offered.

We recently went on a memorable family vacation to a rural Japanese resort surrounded by nature. With a range of international options at the food court to indulge in, we especially enjoyed the pet farm, and getting to the main area was a breeze. the room was well kept, the bathroom was spacious and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was served with fresh ingredients, in a beautiful setting overlooking stunning views. Our room offered an array of facilities, including a comfortable bed and a TV.
We found the carpet in our room a bit outdated and could have been cleaner.

The hot spring experience was really nice and relaxing after a long day of activities. the outdoor pools had a great view and multiple options to choose from. the on-site restaurants had a variety of cuisines to offer and the portions were generous. the hotel was located in a convenient spot, close to many tourist attractions.
The room was not as comfortable as expected. the bed was a bit hard and not very comfortable.
